Booking Process
Check availability. Email your
requested dates (and questions) to Reservations@MBVacationsRUs.com, or check unit availability calendars using the menu options at the top of this page. Read and mail our
contract. Make sure you find our contract reasonable and are prepared to sign a copy of same and mail to us
with a copy of your drivers license. The contract can be viewed here. We can email you a copy or you can print out a copy from this site for the purpose of signing and returning to us. Make a deposit. The deposit is 50% (or 33.33% for
2008 reservations) of the total unit price. If the vacation start date is less than 30 days away we collect full payment.
We take PayPal, cashiers check personal check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover). Credit card payments
are made over the telephone and are entered directly into a secure merchant account. We can either call you to collect your
credit card number or you can call us. Please remember, the vacation is not
reserved until we have a deposit and a signed contract. Pay a security deposit
(optional). If the booking is made with a credit card then a security deposit is not required. However,
if the booking is made using another payment mechanism then we collect a security deposit which is returned after the unit
is vacated, assuming everything is OK with the unit. Pay balance 30 days before
vacation start. Receive unit access codes. The unit
has electronic programmable door locks with entry codes changed for each guest. This eases key management issues
and increases security.
