Myrtle Beach Villas II (MBVII) is a new (2007) condo complex catering to larger groups located in the central area of Myrtle Beach. It is unique due to its location and facilities. All other complexes of this type are located approximately 10 miles north, or south, away from the entertainment central Myrtle Beach has to offer. The complex also has a heated lazy river, two outside hot tubs and a kiddy water play area, ie., more water features than the comparable complexes to the north and south of MB.

This condo has also been furnished in a traditional style with high end furniture at a level and quality of interior design not usually found in a rental unit. Most rental unit owners buy a furniture package which is always a price based decision. This unit has had carefully hand picked furnishings installed throughout creating an extra level of luxury not usually found at the beach.

Sleeping Capacity
One four bedroom unit with four queen beds and one queen sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 8 very comfortably and up to a maximum of 10 using the sleeper. All bedding and linens are provided.

Location
The condo is located on South Ocean Blvd and 7th Avenue. Cross Ocean Blvd and walk about 50 yds and you’re on the beach. Walk two blocks north and you're at Family Kingdom Myrtle Beach's only remaining water and amusement park. Broadway at the Beach is only a short taxi ride away at about 2 miles. Go two miles south and you're at the airport, so it is perfectly feasible not even to take the car for this centrally located condo.
